Mexivada Mining Corp. is a well financed junior exploration company that went public on the TSX Venture Exchange in Dec. 2005, trading under the symbol "MNV." Mexivada controls gold, silver, diamond, uranium, and molybdenum properties in Nevada, Mexico, and Africa. Mexivada has a team of experienced, highly proficient, imaginative geologists and engineers that have been associated with mine discoveries and developments worldwide. Management controls a large shareholding in Mexivada and is committed to increasing shareholder value through our exploration and partnership efforts.

Mexivada has completed its Phase 1, 18 hole drilling program at Y�cora, Sonora, Mexico, over an 11km target length, and close to the to the Ocampo and Mulatos gold-silver mining districts. MNV has identified 20 potentially significant vein to disseminated gold-silver exploration targets. High grade gold and silver mineralization occurs at surface.

• MNV has targeted nine areas in Nevada for gold, silver, uranium and molybdenum near established mining districts. Poker Flats and Gold Junction are permitted drill ready, open-pit target areas, for Carlin- and Round Mountain type gold. Gold Junction has a major, untested open pit gold target that is less than 100 meters below the surface. Mexivada controls Jefferson, a large mining district with several target areas for open pit and underground silver and gold mineralization. Jefferson has drilling-delineated bodies of vein and disseminated silver and gold mineralization that were defined before the advent of N.I. 43-101, and thus are not compliant with such. Jefferson has good potential to yield one or more large-scale, economically mineable silver and gold deposits. Ziggurat comprises 105 claims that are to be tested for large-scale Carlin-type open-pit gold targets. Upper Plate Paleozoic sedimentary rocks at Ziggurat carry up to 2 grams per tonne gold in outcrop. Newmont Gold Corp.'s +3,000,000 ounce Northumberland Mine gold project lies immediately north of Ziggurat.
  
  
• Mexivada also controls four exclusive concessions for gold, diamonds and connected substances and four prospecting permits for the same in the Republic of Congo (ROC) in Africa. The Republic of Congo (ROC) is a stable, peaceful country that lies northwest of the DRC. These concessions cover diamond and gold trends that have been mined previously but have received little modern exploration work. A 22 millimeter gem diamond and more than 33,000 ounces of alluvial gold were mined from one of Mexivada's concession areas. More than 13,000 carats of diamonds were mined from Mexivada's concession areas in the Chaillu Massif. Colorless diamonds, as well as some bluish-green and orange brown colored diamonds recently were recovered from Mexivada's exclusive Bitsandou concession area by local miners (see photos on Mexivada's website www.mexivada.com) . Mexivada has already conducted Phase 1 field examinations of targets in each of these concession areas and currently is conducting detailed programs of additional field work for gold and diamonds, in preparation for possible bulk sampling of gold targets in 2007, prior to exploration drilling. The initial phase of excavator trenching for diamonds is currently underway. Mexivada feels that the Chaillu Massif area holds excellent potential for the discovery of diamondiferous kimberlites and for the discovery of a world class gold mine in possible Homestake/Musselwhite-type iron formation systems and in Ghana-type quartz-gold-veined, gold-diamond bearing Witwatersrand-type metaconglomerates present along a +15 kilometer length of the little-explored Mayoko greenstone belt.
  
  
• Mexivada has approximately $2,569,000 in cash which will be sufficient to advance all current and proposed programs and fund basic company overhead.
