Historic gold resource of 363,000 ounces on the Frasergold Main Zone*

30,000 metre diamond drill program commenced Sept 2007; the first 5,000 metres
will include ten HQ diamond drill holes in the Main Zone to facilitate the conversion
and expansion of the historic resource to NI 43-101 compliance

Opportunity in multiple zones to extend mineralization along strike and down dip;
upside potential to increase to a open pittable bulk tonnage multi-million ounce
gold deposit
